Tracy L. Speights (the Downtown Trainer) initially became involved in fitness to stay in shape as he pursued dual careers as a runway model in New York City and a freelance photographer. Years later, he enlisted in the United States Air Force, where he was his squadron's fitness manager, as well as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge of the Weight Management program. Tracy L. Speights holds certifications as a Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Group Instructor (Group, Aerobics and Kickboxing), and as a Senior Fitness Instructor. He also maintains a current certification in CPR/AED and basic First Aid training through the American Red Cross. Tracy L. Speights strives to provide you the information, training, and encouragement to make your fitness, health, and wellness goals achievable, and inspire you to live a healthy lifestyle. He is attentive and professional with all of his clients and sincerely puts the 'personal' in personal training.  His training philosophy is "What's more important is how we Live, not how we Look. Fitness is all about Health, not cosmetics." Tracy has experience training all ages, his niche is Senior Fitness. You'll always hear him ask "what's your motivation?"
